Health Education

One of our SMC89 Foundation goals and objectives were to deliver health education to rural areas of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. As part of this we have started our educational sessions through Grameenadoctor.org and reaching out to rural health workers of various districts of Andhra Pradesh. These events were organized by APNRTS (Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society) which is a Government of Andhra Pradesh initiative for Telugu people who are living worldwide and provides them the right platform to engage with their motherland.

Seminar 1

Medical Advice and Guidance on COVID Care in adults. Our SMC89 Foundation Members, Drs. Mahendar, Mamatha, Srivani and Hima Bindu delivered the above as a first academic meet of GrameenaDoctor.  This was attended by more than two hundred health care workers belonging to East Godavari District on 13^th June 2021.

Seminar 2

Medical Advice and Guidance on COVID care in Pregnant Women and Children on 11^th of July 2021. Our SMC89 Foundation Members, Dr. Suseela, Sridevi and Bharathi presented the above as second academic meet of GrameenaDoctor. This was attended by more than two hundred and fifty health care workers from Chittoor District.
